In compliance with the contents of Legislative Decree 24/2023 (so-called “Whistleblowing Decree”) implementing EU Directive 1937/2019, Praemia REIM Italy SGR S.p.A. has adopted a Whistleblowing System with the aim of protecting and strengthening the figure of the Whistleblower and the subjects indicated by the reference legislation as well as the position of the Company through a prudent management of reports, promptly identifying not only the subjects who do not pursue the legality of business, but also the dangers inherent in the organization that could be configured suitable to damage the value of the same.

To pursue this objective, Praemia REIM Italy SGR S.p.A. has introduced an IT platform in which it is possible to enter a report by filling out a form, including anonymously, or by recording a voice communication or uploading a recording previously made.
